If you’re not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full — no questions asked.
2. Digital content & your right of withdrawal
Our products are digital content delivered immediately. Under EU consumer law, by accessing the download right away you may consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal can lapse. Regardless of this, we voluntarily offer the 14-day money-back guarantee described above.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@gochecks.net with the email address you used at checkout and your order/receipt number. You can also reach us via our contact page.
4. What isn’t covered
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Abuse of the guarantee (e.g. repeated buy-and-refund patterns).
5. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
